Mr Wash Car Wash Gears Up To Keep Cars Shining During the Return of the Cicadas

As the cicadas are starting to storm the Washington, DC region, one local business is gearing up for the once in a 17 year onslaught. Nathan Harris, who heads up family owned Mr Wash Car Wash has been preparing for this occurrence for the past two months.  The car wash chain with eight locations has been fine tuning its equipment and has extra technicians on standby to handle the volume of customers who will want to clean the remnants of the bugs both underneath and on top of their cars.

“Many of our Mr Wash customers are on our unlimited monthly plan where they can get their car washed every day for one low price, so we are expecting to see some of the same faces and cars visiting us every day for the next two to three weeks,” said Nathan Harris. “We are glad that our business will be able to keep area cars clean while these bugs are making their presence known.”   Mr Wash Car Wash, which uses the latest state of the art equipment has been in business since 1958. The local area chain has eight locations including a brand new location in Centreville as well as locations in Kensington, Silver Spring, Falls Church, Arlington, Rehoboth Beach and two in Alexandria.
